We hereby inform the investment public that the Governing Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) at its session held 12 October 2026 adopted decisions granting authorization to:

• Davor Tomašković from Zagreb, to perform the function of the Member of the Management Board of CROATIA osiguranje d.d., for the term lasting from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030;

• Robert Vučković from Zagreb, to perform the function of the Member of the Management Board of CROATIA osiguranje d.d., for the term lasting from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030;

• Luka Babić from Zagreb, to perform the function of the Member of the Management Board of CROATIA osiguranje d.d., for the term lasting from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030;

• Vesna Sanjković from Zagreb, to perform the function of the Member of the Management Board of CROATIA osiguranje d.d., for the term lasting from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030.

Ana Zovko, currently serving as Executive Director for Digital Business and IT, has been nominated as a new member of the Management Board and is currently undergoing the regulatory approval process for her appointment.
