Croatian Telecom announces that, following the receipt of the required regulatory approvals, it signed the Share Transfer Agreement on 31 July 2026, thereby completing the acquisition transaction of PRO-PING d.o.o. and becoming the holder of all ownership interests and the sole member of the company.
