On 16 July 2026, KONČAR – Electric Vehicles Inc. signed a contract with HŽ Passenger Transport Ltd. for the delivery of 6 (six) Battery Electric Multiple Units (BEMU) and the commissioning of 1 (one) hybrid stationary power connection for charging traction batteries on the railway network of the Republic of Croatia. The total value of the contract amounts to EUR 53.6 million (excluding VAT).
