CROATIA osiguranje d.d. (the Company), in accordance with the Capital Market Act, hereby informs the investment public of entering into cooperation with AV International GmbH and of the execution of a Joint Venture agreement, based on a previously signed Memorandum of Understanding which set out the fundamental terms for the further regulation of mutual relations, including the joint construction and launch of a service center, as well as the defined corporate governance and decision making mechanisms.
