KONČAR Inc., as an issuer whose securities are listed on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, hereby notifies, as of 13 May 2026 a Demerger Agreement has been signed between KONČAR – Electronics and informatics Ltd., as the company being divided, and HELB Ltd., as the acquiring entity, based on which the separation of the business unit “Power Supply” and its transfer to company HELB Ltd., is planned to be carried out.
