The company InterCapital ETF d.o.o., Zagreb, Masarykova 1 (the “Company”), on April 16, 2026, adopted a non-material amendment to the Prospectus in connection with the establishment and management of the open-ended investment sub-fund with public offering InterCapital Poland WIG30TR UCITS ETF, and the inclusion of the said sub-fund in the InterCapital Umbrella UCITS ETF. The amendments to the Prospectus came into effect on April 24, 2026.
