investment company FIMA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.o.o. made the following acquisition of Company (treasury) shares in the name and on behalf of the Company at the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

- On November 20, 2025, 197 shares, identification code ERNT-R-A, were acquired at average price of EUR 196.73 per share, representing 0.015% of the Company’s share capital.

- On November 21, 2025, 371 shares, identification code ERNT-R-A, were acquired at average price of EUR 196.00 per share, representing 0.028% of the Company’s share capital.
