investment company FIMA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.o.o. made the following acquisition of Company (treasury) shares in the name and on behalf of the Company at the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

- On November 17, 2025, 327 shares, identification code ERNT-R-A, were acquired at average price of EUR 196.719 per share, representing 0.025% of the Company’s share capital.

- On November 19, 2025, 2,347 shares, identification code ERNT-R-A, were acquired at average price of EUR 198.87 per share, representing 0.176% of the Company’s share capital.
