investment company FIMA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.o.o. made the following acquisition of Company (treasury) shares in the name and on behalf of the Company at the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

- On November 13, 2025, 553 shares, identification code ERNT-R-A, were acquired at average price of EUR 196.476 per share, representing 0.042% of the Company’s share capital.

- On November 14, 2025, 85 shares, identification code ERNT-R-A, were acquired at average price of EUR 195.50 per share, representing 0.006% of the Company’s share capital.
