CROATIA osiguranje d.d. (the Company) in accordance with Capital Market Law informs investment public regarding the proposition of dividend payment to holders of ordinary and preference shares of the Company from the net profit realized in 2024. In the past years the Company has been operating successfully, with a growing level of profit and high capital adequacy rates, both at the Company level and the Group level and it is expected that during 2025 the capital adequacy should be maintained above the level of 200%.

Therefore, the Management Board and Supervisory Board propose to General Assembly dividend payment in the total amount of 45,771,324.44 euros or 106.52 euros per share.
