Croatian Telecom (Reuters: HT.ZA; Bloomberg: HT CZ), Croatia’s leading telecommunications provider, in accordance with Article 133 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange announces that after the Management Board has delivered the integrated Annual Report for the business year 2024, consisting of audited annual financial statements, audited Sustainability Report and the Management report, to the Supervisory Board, on Tuesday, 1 April 2025, a session of the Supervisory Board will be held, at which, pursuant to Article 300d of the Companies Act, the audited annual financial statements, as well as the proposal for utilization of profit for the year 2024, shall be determined by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.

Croatian Telecom will publish its integrated Annual Report and the proposal for utilization of profit for the year ended 31 December 2024 at 9:00 o’clock on Wednesday, 2 April 2025.
