In line with the Article 459 of Capital Market Act, Atlantic Grupa d.d., Zagreb, Miramarska 23

(hereinafter also as: the “Issuer”) hereby informs on the Decision of the Croatian Financial

Services Supervisory Agency approving the Prospectus of Atlantic Grupa d.d. on issue

through a public offering and listing of bonds of Atlantic Grupa d.d., of the total nominal

amount 200 million HRK, with the fixed interest rate, paid semi-annually, and a maturity of five

years, at the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange. On 10 June 2016 Croatian

Financial Services Supervisory Agency adopted the Decision on 10 June 2016, Class: UP/I

976-02/16-01/03, Ur. No: 326-01-770-772-16-5, approving the Prospectus of the Issuer on

issue through a public offering and listing of bonds (hereinafter: the „Decision“), attached

hereto.
