The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine published on its official website the decision approving the concentration by which the joint notification of the intention to implement the concentration of undertakings submitted by KONČAR – Electrical Industry Inc. for production and services and Siemens Energy Holding B.V. with its registered office in the Netherlands, Stadhouderslaan 900, 2382 BL Zoeterwoude, with the aim of acquiring joint control in relation to the company KONČAR – Transformer tanks Ltd. for manufacturing with its registered office in Zagreb, Ive Politea 64, Sesvete, is considered permissible.
