A meeting of the Management Board of CROATIA osiguranje d.d. will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 at which the Management Board will decide on the proposal of the Decision on the payment of dividends from retained earnings and the convening of the 55th General Assembly of CROATIA osiguranje d.d. Also, on the same day, a Supervisory Board meeting of CROATIA osiguranje d.d. will be held in respect of the above.
