OT-Optima Telekom d.d. informs the public that the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc. (hereinafter: “CDCC”) announced that corporate action of the takeover of company OT- Optima Telekom d.d., Zagreb, Bani 75/a, OIB: 36004425025 was completed on 6 April 2022. The CDCC transferred the deposited shares to the securities account of the bidder Telemach Hrvatska d.o.o., Zagreb, Josipa Marohnića 1, OIB: 70133616033, and effected the payment to the shareholders who accepted the offer.
