OT-Optima Telekom d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) informs the public that the Company Supervisory Board at its session held on February 25th, 2022 passed the decision on election of Mrs. Ditka Maučec as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mr. Tomaž Kampuš as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Mrs. Ditka Maučec is a Master of Economics and in 2018 she has joined United Group as the Product Director, leading product and pricing strategy of the Group. Mr. Tomaž Kampuš is a Master of Laws and in 2020 he has joined United Group as Group Director for Sales and Customer Experience.

The Company Supervisory Board consists of seven members:
