(hereinafter the Company) informs the public that on January 7, 2022, it received the resignations of Mrs. Stipanka Ivandić Štefanek, Mr. Igor Tepšić, Mr. Danimir Gulin, Mrs. Marijana Brcko, Mr. Pavo Mišković and Mr. Zlatko Hrbud to the membership in the Supervisory Board of the Company, and which resignations are valid from the day of the General Assembly of the Company at which new members of the Supervisory Board of the Company are elected.
