On 3 January 2011 the Central Depository and Clearing Company Inc. (Središnje klirinško depozitarno društvo – hereafter: SKDD) has entered the decrease and increase of INGRA's share capital into SKDD's system. The share capital has thereby been divided into 13.545.200 ordinary shares with the symbol INGR-R-A and without par value. We will subsequently notify the public as to when the newly issued shares will be listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
