Hrvatski Telekom announces news related to changes in the Management Board.

The Supervisory Board, with its yesterday's decision, approved the new organizational structure of the Hrvatski Telekom's Management Board. Accordingly, the function of the Chief Business Officer is abolished and transferred to the CEO's area of responsibilities. As a result, the Management Board comprises out of five, instead of the previous six members.
