Croatian Telecom Inc. hereby notifies that on 2 September 2020, a resolution of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, no.: P-1426/2020, has been received by the Company, informing it that the company MARS 2030 j.d.o.o., from Zagreb, Palmotićeva 60, a minority shareholder of the Company, represented by its director Hrvoje Šimić, filed a lawsuit against Croatian Telecom Inc., Zagreb, Radnička cesta 21, directed at challenging the decisions of the General Assembly of Croatian Telecom.
