On 3 January 2011 the Central Depository and Clearing Company Inc. (Središnje klirinško depozitarno društvo – hereafter: SKDD) has entered the decrease and increase of INGRA's share capital into SKDD's system. The share capital has thereby been divided into 13.545.200 ordinary shares with the symbol INGR-R-A and without par value. We will subsequently notify the public as to when the newly issued shares will be listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

After above acquisition ownership consist of 773908 shares, which makes 5,71% of share capital and gives 5,71% voting rights at the General Meeting.
