Following the notification as of 23 February 2022 on the lawsuit filed by the company MARS 2030 j.d.o.o., from Zagreb, Palmotićeva 60, a minority shareholder of the Company, represented by its director Hrvoje Šimić, against Croatian Telecom Inc., Zagreb, Radnička cesta 21, directed at challenging the decisions of the General Assembly of Croatian Telecom held on 23 April 2021, Croatian Telecom Inc. hereby notifies that an invitation of the Commercial Court in Zagreb to a preliminary hearing, no.: 97.P-227/2022, has been received by the Company, to be held in this case on 20 June 2022 at 14:00 hours, in front of the Commercial Court in Zagreb.
