Varteks d.d. - acquisition of shares

Zoran Koscec, Board chairman of Varteks d.d. from Tome Masaryka 7, 42000 Varazdin acquired 2811 shares of Company based on transactions made at the Zagreb Stock Exchange which makes 0,15 % share capital and gives 0,15% voting rights at the General Meeting. After above acquisition ownership consist of 48769 shares, which makes 2,54% of share capital and gives 2,54% voting rights at the General Meeting.
