HT d.d. - Notice of results for the first six months of 2020

Hrvatski Telekom in accordance with the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, notifies that on Tuesday, 21 July 2020, a session of the Management Board will be held, at which the unaudited financial statements for the first six months of 2020 shall be decided on. Hrvatski Telekom will announce its unaudited results for the first six months of 2020 on Friday, 24 July 2020 at 08:00 UK time / 09:00 CET.

HT d.d. - New organization of the Management Board

Hrvatski Telekom announces news related to changes in the Management Board. The Supervisory Board, with its yesterday's decision, approved the new organizational structure of the Hrvatski Telekom's Management Board. Accordingly, the function of the Chief Business Officer is abolished and transferred to the CEO's area of responsibilities. As a result, the Management Board comprises out of five, instead of the previous six members.
