Pursuant to the provisions of Article 5 (1) and Article 103 (4) and (5) of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange and Art. 15. of the Progress Market Rules through this system (service) is enabled delivery and disclosure of preferential and regulated information and other information not required by the issuer on the Exchange web site for the purpose of disclosing it to the investment public.

EHO service is provided by the Zagreb Stock Exchange JSC (hereinafter referred to as "the Exchange") for the purpose of entering and publishing inside, regulated and other information not prescribed on the Exchange website, by a financial instrument issuer listed on the regulated market managed by the Exchange.
