Based on the merger status change in accordance with the Merger Agreement concluded between the companies KONČAR - Electrical Industry Inc. for production and services as the acquiring company and Advanced energy solutions limited liability company for investment as the merged company, on February 4, 2025. a settlement of securities was carried out by which KONČAR Inc. acquired 31,000,000 shares or 75.16% of the shares of Dalekovod, a joint-stock company for engineering, production and construction, code DLKV-R-A. The mentioned acquisition did not result in a change of control over the company Dalekovod jsc.

On February 3, 2025, the European Commission has provided a notification to KONČAR Inc. that it has decided to declare the newly created joint venture between KONČAR Inc. and Siemens Energy Group, that will be engaged in power transformer tanks business, compatible with the internal market and with the EEA Agreement.
